Collection I Summer Collection One set includes 50 pieces of flowers and leaves. Food safe pressed flowers and greens. Heart shaped leaves are perfect for wedding cakes or anniversaries! These are 100% natural flowers and leaves collected from my organic garden in rural Ontario, Canada, and carefully press dried. These are all natural with no dyes, no pesticides, no herbicides, no preservatives, no additives. We use well water, so irrigation is using natural ground water and not chemically treated city water. Have you worried about the "edible" flowers that you have bought online and not knowing what they are? Don't worry. I identify all of them and you can be sure you are handling safe plants, and that's also great for labelling your herbarium. I have uploaded here snapshots of my yard, and the flowers before they are picked and pressed, hoping to share the joy of wandering around my garden. This set includes all edible flowers and leaves which I have eaten myself. However, be aware of allergies and consult your doctors. I have identified the species, and you can research the edibility. Also please note that they are more for decoration than good taste. While they are edible, some might not taste delicious, and most leaves have a bitter taste.
